Upon initial inquiry, we will discuss your wedding date and our availability. Once availability is confirmed, we will walk through the following steps.
Consultation and Contract Signing

At this stage we will discuss what you need in terms of coverage for your wedding day, and will put in place a Wedding Coverage Contract. Additionally, once contract has been signed, a retainer will be due. Once these two things are taken care of, we will be OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL!!
Engagement Session

The Process
Our most popular collections include a complimentary engagement session. We will schedule your engagement session a few weeks after booking! We will discuss your vision, location ideas, and all the fun details. We will spend about an hour together, photographing you and your loved one! This is the time for us to get to know each other, and for you to get comfortable with me and the camera. This time is meant to be fun, and relaxing! An engagement session is great practice for bride and groom portraits during your wedding date. Also, your engagement photos can be displayed all over your venue on your wedding date!

During this time, we will meet and discuss your wedding day timeline. Depending on the wedding collection chosen, we will discuss what the photography schedule will look like during your wedding date. We have several sample timelines that we can share to give you an idea of what an ideal wedding timeline looks like. During this time, we can work together, along with your wedding planner, to make sure your day runs smoothly, and you get all the photos you want.

The big day is here!! It is time to marry your best friend and have the best day ever!! Our goal during your wedding day is to document moments that will bring you back to that day. We will ensure to document every moment, whether big or small, so that you can be present and PARTY!
Sneak PeEk Delivery

We will deliver a sneak peek of 10-20 images from your wedding day in just 24-48 hours after your wedding!! This is just to get you pumped for what’s to come :)
FINAL GALLERY DELIVERY

The Process
In about 4-6 weeks, you will gain access to an online gallery that will contain all your wedding day images. These will be high resolution images that you will be able to download immediately. The online gallery will be available for a couple weeks, making it easy for your to share with family and friends.
What's your turnaround time?
We deliver a sneak peek within 24-48 hours after the wedding day, however, final gallery is delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks.
What do I need to book my wedding date with you?
I require a signed contract and 20% deposit at time of booking.
How do you deliver photos?
Photos are delivered via an online viewing gallery with all your images in high-resolution. An online gallery is a fully processed, edited, and downloadable gallery of your images.
How many images will I receive in the online gallery?
The number of images varies from wedding to wedding, but expect to receive from 60-80 images per hour of coverage.
Do you back up all images?
We have a back up process that we do while still at your wedding, to ensure your portraits are safe and sound until delivery.
How is it working with you?
Our hope is that when you hire Seleni Hernandez Photography to photograph your wedding, we will have a connection personally! We will be spending lots of time with you prior to and on your wedding date and we want to make sure you are comfortable, that you feel beautiful, and most importantly that you’re having fun!
